It has been professionally dry cleaned The veil is included this is a 100 veil and this also has been dry cleaned even though they was no marks on it. It is a laced up back. I am 5ft 7 and wore 4inch heels, this dress as never been altered It has swarovski crystals on front and back of the bodice of the dress The veil also has swarovski crystals around the end, it is a two tier veil You are more than welcome to come and try the dress on.
